1. Our Commitment

At Thelaxenttxepur, we are committed to providing a clear and fair return process for all Neovorin orders. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please review the conditions below and contact us as soon as possible.

2. Return Eligibility

A return request may be submitted under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery.
  • The product packaging is unopened and intact (sealed as delivered).
  • The product has not expired at the time of the return request.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used products, unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you received a product that was damaged during shipping, arrived in an incorrect quantity, or does not match what was confirmed in your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no additional charge, or
  • Provide a full refund, at your choice.

Please retain the original packaging and take photographs where possible; we may request these to process your claim.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your name, order details, and reason for the return.
  3. We will confirm your return eligibility and provide the return address and any further instructions.
  4. Pack the product securely and ship it to the address provided. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or card processor to reflect the refund.

If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect, or defective product), return shipping costs will also be reimbursed.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or partially used products (unless damaged or defective).
  • Products returned after the 14-day return window.
  • Products not purchased through thelaxenttxepur.ddd.

7. Consumer Rights (United States)

Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable US federal or state law. If you believe our policy conflicts with your legal rights, please contact us directly and we will work to resolve the matter in good faith.
